Provides security escort service to VNS/contract caregivers as needed•24 hours a day•or as scheduled or assigned by Security Coordinator.

Schedule:

Per Diem Role M-F 7am to 3pm, On call responsibilities every 3 weeks

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

Active or retired police officer, or experience in the security function outside of law enforcement that represents the ability to participate fully in the VNS security escort program. Must meet the requirements of a Security Guard Certification. NYS Driver's License in good standing. Responsibilities Qualified individuals must be capable of performing the following essential duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations: Escort URMHC/contract caregivers to, from, and within patient homes. Participates in the agency escort on-call system. Follows URMHC security standard operating procedures. Other security/escort duties as assigned by EHS Manager in Environmental Services. Other duties as assigned.
