In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, prompt incident response, and effective conflict management. This opportunity can lead to a permanent position with the company and multiple opportunities to recieve professional training that can contribute to your success. • Pay, Food, Lodge, and Laundry services will be provided for this 2 month contract. (Beg. of July-end of August) Duties Monitor premises continuously using vigilant surveillance, and surveillance tools to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of the camp, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas, to deter unwanted visitors and prevent unauthorized access. Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees by checking identification and obtaining access permission as needed. Respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, including medical incidents requiring first aid or CPR, ensuring prompt action and coordination with emergency responders. Manage conflict situations professionally through effective conflict management techniques, de-escalating disputes when necessary. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, visitor entries/exits, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Qualifications If you are a responsible , trustworthy, and dedicated human being: Apply! Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable; military background is a plus. Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management are desirable but not mandatory.. Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and security technology is essential. Strong understanding of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures. Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, law enforcement agencies, and emergency responders.
