MUST HAVE A CURRENT OPOTA , DUTY GUN AND GEAR. THIS OVERNIGHT POSITION IS FOR THE DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION, WHICH CAN TURN INTO A PERMANENT DAYTIME POSITION ONCE THE SITE OPENS.

Job Summary Join our dynamic security team as an Armed Security Guard, where your vigilance and expertise will safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. This role involves maintaining a secure environment through active patrols, surveillance, and rapid response to incidents. Your presence will ensure safety, deter threats, and uphold the integrity of our operations. We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent conflict management skills to become an integral part of our security team. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches Control access points by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms or incidents, including potential threats or emergencies Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper protocol is followed Skills Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques Ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Strong understanding of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans Excellent observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
