Overview Join our dynamic security team as a Bouncer/Doorman and be the first line of defense in creating a safe, welcoming environment for all patrons and staff. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and verify their eligibility for entry based on policies and age restrictions. Manage access points efficiently, checking IDs and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises. Monitor the venue using CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or potential threats. Enforce rules and regulations consistently, addressing conflicts or disturbances with calmness and assertiveness. Conduct routine patrols of the venue to ensure safety standards are maintained and identify any hazards or security breaches. Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services. Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of all security activities during shifts to ensure accountability and clear communication. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable but not required. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential risks proactively. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the venue, and remain alert during busy hours.
