PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to support authorized access, observe for policy-related concerns, and document security-related incidents and/or suspicious activity. Assist with de-escalation, directions, and general assistance for patients and visitors while maintaining a visible presence and following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicable vaccinations are required for hospital assignments. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
