PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, visitor processing, and other security-related policies at the location. Monitor entry and exit points, manage badge and visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access while maintaining clear communication with staff and guests. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access issues, and security-related concerns within office, studio, and technology-focused environments. Support emergency response activities by assisting with access restrictions, directing people during site events, and documenting security-related incidents and/or observations in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
Alarm panel experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. A CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
