Job Description
Overview We are seeking experienced and polished Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies while following established protocols. Conduct regular inspections of premises. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Assist in conflict management situations by employing de-escalation techniques as necessary. Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure compliance with legal standards. Requirements Strong customer service skills. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies. Must have a vailid drivers license.
