Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing assistance as needed. Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review. Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be physically fit to perform duties that may require standing for long periods or responding quickly to incidents.
