Job Description
Security Officer We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to help protect and monitor our community. The ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, and able to work independently. Schedule 4 days per week 8-hour shifts Shift times vary and may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Patrol community roads, buildings, common areas, and parking lots Monitor and report suspicious activity Control access to community facilities as needed Monitor security cameras and report equipment issues Respond to emergencies and assist residents when needed Patrol the lake by pontoon boat during the summer months Complete incident reports and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Security, law enforcement, or related experience preferred but not required Must have experience operating a pontoon boat Must be able to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license required
