AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support access control processes in accordance with site policies. Support continuity of location operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with incident response, and following post orders for sensitive infrastructure environments.
Minimum Requirements:
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
