Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while using an agile and reliable mindset to address evolving site needs.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and observe the movement of people, vehicles, and materials in accordance with site procedures. Support site operations by completing required reports, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and assisting with security-related concerns in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
