About Us Baker Recovery is one of the leading professional repossession and asset recovery agencies in the region. We utilize advanced technology including LPR (License Plate Recognition), Camcars, Clearplan, RDN, and DRN, to ensure fast, efficient, and safe collateral recovery. We are currently expanding our Tulsa Team and looking for a motivated and experienced Repossession Agent/Recovery Driver to join our operation. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in tow truck driving, the ability to utilize multiple software applications, and strong conflict resolution skills. The Recovery Agent will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our operations while delivering top-notch service to our clients. Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. As a Repossession Agent you will be responsible for: Safely locating and recovering vehicles assigned by our clients, and ensuring safe transportation of vehicles to designated locations. Using company-provided trucks and LPR Technology to efficiently identify and secure collateral. Maintaining professionalism when interacting with consumers, law enforcement, and clients. Documenting all recoveries with required photos, accurate notes, and reports in RDN and Clear plan. Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal guidelines Experience Must be 25 yrs or older(for insurance purposes) Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts as required Previous experience as a Repossession Agent/ Recovery Driver strongly preferred Familiarity with RDN, Clearplan, DRN, and LPR systems is highly desirable Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally. No felonies or deferred sentences in the past 7 yrs.
