Duties Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure safety and security protocols are maintained Verify identification and authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with established procedures Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by assessing situations, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when required Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping Assist in conflict management by calmly de-escalating tense situations while upholding professional conduct at all times Skills Strong observational skills with attention to detail during surveillance and patrol Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and conflict management techniques Experience operating CCTV systems and other security technology such as access control systems Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Background in security, military service, or law enforcement is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Join us in creating a safer environment through active vigilance, professional conduct, and dedicated service.
