HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Swing Shift Security Supervisor to support our sites in the surrounding Portland, OR area . This position offers a pay rate of $26.02/hr - paid weekly. Must have a reliable means of transportation and be able to travel to the site any of the seven days of the week. The preferred candidate will have availability for short notice work and call outs, flexibility to adapt their schedule to business needs, outstanding customer service skills, a valid driver's license and clean record. Additionally, all applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Requirements :
2-3 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity Display a willingness to hold a team accountable to the standards of the job without favoritism or bias while upholding those same standards in their own performance Displays leadership, accountability and a desire to improve in all aspects of their work Must possess or acquire a current DPSST unarmed security supervisor license Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance Can mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure Is in possession of a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and generally comfortable using computer systems Read and understand written instructions and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form and in a timely manner across a variety of platforms Exceptional report writing skills Willing and able to work holidays and weekends Willing to work in all weather conditions Able to work independently A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
