Unarmed Security Guard

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents. Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques. Requirements Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
