Licensed Unarmed Guard:
$19-21.5/hour, depending on experience. All employees are eligible for Paid Time Off Part-time employees receive Life Insurance, and a 401K with employer match. Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment. Conduct patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies ensuring a swift and effective resolution. Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities. Be able to reliably and consistently commute to Powell Butte.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license. Possessing an Oregon DPSST Security license is strongly preferred in order to be considered. Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. Ready to Take the Next Step?
