Central Oregon (Redmond, Bend, surrounding areas) About Us Liberation Security Group is a professional security services company providing customized security solutions throughout Central Oregon. We are actively building a reliable reserve officer pool for upcoming event coverage, temporary assignments, special projects, and client support operations. This position is ideal for currently certified officers looking for supplemental income, flexible opportunities, and the ability to pick up assignments based on availability. Position Overview We are seeking professional DPSST-certified Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our reserve roster. This is not a guaranteed-hours position; however, officers in our reserve pool will have opportunities to accept assignments for: Special events Temporary coverage Emergency fill-ins Patrol support Seasonal operations Client-specific assignments Assignments may vary in length, schedule, and frequency depending on operational needs and officer availability. Requirements Current Oregon DPSST certification (Armed or Unarmed) Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to respond to occasional short-notice assignments Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Prior security, military, law enforcement, or corrections experience Event security experience Strong report writing and situational awareness Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Compensation Unarmed Officers:

Starting at $25/hour

Armed Officers:
