Responsibilities Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises and identify potential threats or irregularities Control access to buildings and restricted areas by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Conduct regular patrols of the facility to detect unauthorized access, safety hazards, or security breaches Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or other security incidents Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and visitor records for accountability and review purposes Assist with loss prevention initiatives by observing suspicious behavior and intervening appropriately using conflict management skills Skills Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and familiarity with legal protocols related to security operations Background in military or law enforcement enhances situational awareness and crisis response capabilities Excellent conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Understanding of security protocols including loss prevention strategies and emergency response procedures Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is a shared priority.
