AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues. Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols. Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with direction and information requests, and completing required activity logs and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
