PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and help to manage entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, deliveries, and/or guests in accordance with site protocols. Support daily operations at the location by observing equipment areas, restricted spaces, and high-traffic zones, and communicating maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related concerns to site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
