PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, check credentials and/or visitor logs, and support inbound and outbound traffic control in accordance with site rules and operational needs. Communicate with supervisors, site contacts, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
