PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons on site by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and contractors, verify credentials when required, and report access concerns or policy violations to site contacts. Observe equipment areas, loading docks, and restricted locations for potential hazards, operational concerns, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate needed information to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
