AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and security-related policies at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and security-related incidents according to site procedures. Prepare clear reports on daily activities, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and incident details, and relay important information during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

EMT certification is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Previous firefighting experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
