POSITION SUMMARY
The Overnight Security Supervisor at Nemacolin is responsible for: Following broadly based directions, training and developing subordinate Security Department personnel, implementing Department Management directive, supervising Security Department personnel, reading and analyzing a wide variety of instructional and training information, interacting and communicating with people representing a wide variety of units and organizations, conducting disciplinary and counseling sessions when necessary, developing department schedules, ensuring operational status, and conducting weekly random checks of alarm systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supervise activities of various security personnel Oversee emergency procedures. Supervise the protection of all Nemacolin assets. Conduct company related investigations and surveillance. Advise on course of action on security and safety concerns. Maintain a high level of knowledge in regard to current security laws and policies Issue disciplinary actions when appropriate Maintain and log records of artwork and alarm system. Other Job duties assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High School Graduate. PA Act 235 certification preferred, not required. Supervisory Experience preferred. At least 1 years' experience working on a resort required. Able to work various shifts, including flex shift/float position. Must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to make sound decisions, Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Must be able to speak and write English. Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license. Must be able to speak English.
