AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, prioritize incidents, and dispatch security-related personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document incidents, service requests, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity in dispatch logs and reports, communicating important updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel. Coordinate responses to medical, fire, weather, and other critical situations by relaying accurate information, tracking the status of calls, and directing resources based on current location needs. Support security-related operations across the location by maintaining situational awareness, assisting with access-related communications, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and dispatch coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
