$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Position Overview Critical Response Protection Group LLC (CRPG) is seeking a professional and reliable Armed (ACT 235) and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. This position requires a strong security presence, adherence to post orders, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents while maintaining professionalism at all times. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional armed security presence Enforce post orders, company policies, and client directives Monitor assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure safety Conduct patrols (foot and/or vehicle as required) Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports Communicate with supervisors and clients as needed Minimum Requirements Valid Driver's License (DL) High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and decision-making skills Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred Qualifications Armed Security Guards must possess active Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification Prior Military, law enforcement, or one year security experience Additional training or certifications (e.g., CPR/AED, defensive tactics, de-escalation training) Experience working in high-visibility or client-facing environments
