At the truck gate, you'll often be the first point of contact—making excellent customer service skills essential. Security Officers regularly provide assistance, directions, and information to employees, visitors, and drivers while enforcing site-specific policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills (retail, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus!)
