Job Description

Myers Demolition and Excavation has an immediate opening for a Guard Shack position working in Marianna, PA. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage incoming and outgoing truck traffic at our facility. This position is responsible for weighing trucks, issuing tickets, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring drivers follow site procedures and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Weigh outbound trucks using truck scale systems Issue scale tickets, load tickets, and other required paperwork to drivers Verify load information and maintain accurate records of weights using computer tracking system Monitor traffic entering and leaving the facility Ensure all drivers and visitors follow company safety policies and procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guard shack and surrounding area
Candidates Must Be Able To:
Work 8- 14-hour shift Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time Lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally) Be outside in weather elements for extended periods of time Have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record (NO DUI's or excessive points) Have reliable means of transportation Pass a standard criminal background check, work verification check, 10-panel drug screen, and fit for duty physical Myers Demo will provide a full-time schedule with potential for overtime, work days will vary, with 8-14 hour shifts per day.
