Candidates must be able to work the following shifts including a holiday rotation as needed: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am. Security duties are as follows but not limited to: This is a 24 hour facility so we are looking for staff to handle a variety of duties in addition to the ones below. This may include housekeeping and maintenance duties. Patrol and surveils building and grounds to promote safe environment for residents and staff Respond to all alarms and emergencies within building and resolve issue with appropriate personnel Complete incident report and record in Security Log Book as appropriate The following requirements are as follows: Valid PA driver's license 1 year of relevant security experience; long term experience is preferred but not required Must be able to work holidays and on call Good or great physical condition for walking for long periods of time Possess great communication skills with residents and staff A position at Dunwoody Village may be just what you're looking for!
