Position Overview:

IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer for an unarmed mobile patrol by Society Hill, Philadelphia, PA. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with mobile patrol . The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor access control points Conduct regular patrols of the residential property Perform mobile patrols Write clear incident and daily activity reports Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

Previous security experience required Mobile patrol experience required Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols) Strong communication and report-writing skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
