Supervisor Responsibilities:

Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel. Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client facility management. Must be able to work both weekend days. Scheduled shift times will be 2p-10p and or 10p-6a. Must have the ability to work both shifts including weekends.

Train and supervise staff on:

Emergency response procedures Evacuation protocols Hazmat guidelines Fire safety measures Injury and incident reporting processes Ensure full compliance with Metro One's internal policies, protocols, and performance standards . Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns. Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner. Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness . Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles , ensuring proper use and maintenance. Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination
