Pay:

$16.32 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in Pottsville, PA. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by performing patrols, monitoring for risks, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform foot, vehicle, bicycle, or golf cart patrols of assigned areas Identify and report security risks, safety hazards, or emergency situations Monitor premises and enforce site-specific policies and procedures Provide customer service and assist visitors, staff, and clients as needed Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company policies Complete detailed, accurate, and timely incident reports Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Follow all company standards, including attendance, appearance, and conduct Participate in required training and orientation programs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of work experience preferred (security, law enforcement, military, or customer service) Strong communication and report-writing skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Customer service-focused with strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Must be dependable with reliable transportation Requirements Must pass a background check and drug screening (if required) Must possess any required state licenses/permits for security work Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required Ability to operate a vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle if needed Must maintain all required certifications throughout employment Preferred Qualifications Prior military or law enforcement experience Previous experience in the security industry Why Join Us?
