PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior observed during patrol activities. Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, communicating clearly with staff and supervisors, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
