Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Armed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and rapid response to incidents. Your expertise in law enforcement principles, surveillance technology, and emergency response procedures will be vital in protecting our organization from potential threats. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol designated areas using CCTV systems and physical presence to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity Conduct thorough security checks on personnel, visitors, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety protocols Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including conflicts or breaches of security Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorization for entry into secure zones Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as needed Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly Implement loss prevention strategies by identifying vulnerabilities and preventing theft or vandalism Skills Proven experience in security services, law enforcement, military, or related fields with a strong understanding of security protocols Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management techniques Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems and loss prevention methods Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public Knowledge of legal requirements related to security operations and use of force policies Demonstrated ability to perform physical patrols, including standing or walking for extended periods Join us as an Armed Security Guard where your vigilance makes a difference!
