Bouncer/Doorman

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Bouncer/Doorman to ensure the safety and security of our venue, staff, and guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for maintaining a secure environment while providing excellent customer service. Your proactive presence will help prevent disturbances, manage entry protocols, and uphold the venue's standards of safety. Duties Greet guests and verify their age or identification to ensure compliance with entry policies Monitor guest behavior and enforce venue rules to prevent conflicts or disruptive conduct Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Manage access control by authorizing or denying entry based on security protocols Requirements Experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of conflict management techniques and conflict resolution skills Strong observational skills with attention to detail during surveillance and inspections Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods
