Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and property. The Security Guard will monitor premises, patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and enforce company policies while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Patrol property and monitor security systems. Control access and verify identification. Respond to emergencies and security incidents. Investigate suspicious activity and complete reports. Assist employees, visitors, and customers. Enforce safety and security policies. Conduct routine inspections and coordinate with emergency services as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience preferred. Valid Security Guard License (if required). Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency for reports and documentation. Ability to remain professional in emergency situations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
