Competitive Pay:

$26.68 per hour Full-Time Employment Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Life Insurance Paid Time Off Training and Career Development Long-term Career Growth Opportunities Primary Responsibilities Maintain a highly visible security presence Conduct interior and exterior patrols Monitor access control points Protect personnel and property Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents Enforce site procedures and post orders Complete detailed and accurate incident reports Communicate effectively with site leadership and emergency responders Minimum Qualifications Applicants must: Be a United States Citizen Be at least 21 years of age Possess a High School Diploma or GED (or higher) Possess a valid United States Driver's License ( Real ID required ) Be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance Speak, read, and write English fluently Be willing and able to pass a Physical Readiness Test, including push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1.5-mile run Have no hand, neck, or face tattoos In addition, applicants must meet one of the following qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of active-duty military service with an Honorable Discharge and rank of E-4 or above; OR Minimum of three (3) years of federal, state, or local law enforcement or military police experience; OR Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; OR Minimum of three (3) years of verified armed security experience within the last four (4) years Preferred Qualifications Prior armed security experience Military or law enforcement background Experience working in high-security environments Strong communication and report-writing skills Veterans Welcome Inter-Con proudly supports veterans and has hired thousands of former service members throughout our history.
