Duties Conduct regular patrols on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety of premises, including public spaces and private property Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Enforce security policies and resolve conflicts through effective conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and securely Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional training in conflict management highly desirable Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining professionalism under pressure Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the public, team members, and emergency responders Demonstrated ability to handle conflicts calmly and efficiently while ensuring safety for all parties involved Physical fitness to perform patrols on foot or by vehicle across diverse urban environments This role offers an energetic environment where your skills directly contribute to community safety.
