Thursday to Saturday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Position Overview Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Armed Security Officer for overnight operations at a secured infrastructure-related property in Dillon. This assignment involves monitoring controlled access points, conducting routine patrol activity, and helping maintain a secure environment during overnight hours. The officer assigned to this role will work independently for much of the shift and must be comfortable managing responsibilities with limited direct supervision. Consistency, awareness, and adherence to established procedures are important aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities

• Verify credentials and authorize entry at designated access points
• Conduct scheduled patrols using both vehicle and foot patrol methods
• Inspect buildings, perimeter areas, gates, and restricted sections of the property
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, unsafe conditions, or unauthorized activity
• Maintain a professional armed presence throughout assigned hours
• Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, or service-related calls
• Complete shift logs, patrol records, and incident reports with accurate information
• Maintain communication with dispatch, supervisors, and designated site representatives
• Follow all post instructions, operational procedures, and company standards
• Support overall site security through consistent monitoring and patrol visibility Minimum Qualifications
• Must meet all Colorado requirements for armed security personnel
• Valid driver's license required
• Personal firearm required and must comply with company policy and applicable laws
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts on a consistent basis
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications
• Current armed certifications or related credentials
• Prior experience in armed patrol, site security, or access control
• Familiarity with infrastructure, industrial, or high-security environments
