Full Job Description Schedule:
Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 9pm-2:30am About the Role We are hiring a professional, proactive, and highly reliable Security Professional to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for guests and staff. This is not a role for someone who simply stands at the door. We are looking for someone with strong situational awareness, excellent judgment, and the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become serious incidents. The right candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, respectful, and consistently professional with both guests and team members. If you are dependable, observant, confident, and customer-service minded, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner Monitor entrances, exits, and guest activity to maintain a safe environment Check IDs and enforce venue policies accurately and consistently Identify early warning signs of conflict, intoxication, safety concerns, or policy violations De-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Communicate clearly with management and staff regarding issues or concerns Document incidents accurately and thoroughly when needed Maintain a visible, composed, and professional presence throughout the shift Help create a secure environment without escalating situations unnecessarily What We're Looking For Highly reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Proactive mindset with the ability to spot issues before they escalate Friendly, respectful, and professional with guests and coworkers Calm, level-headed decision-making under pressure Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Sound judgment and personal accountability Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods and responding quickly when needed Previous experience in security, bar/club security, hospitality, military, law enforcement, or customer-facing safety roles is preferred Minimum Qualifications Must meet all applicable legal requirements to work in this role [Security license/certification if required by your state or local jurisdiction] Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak business hours Reliable transportation Ability to remain alert, engaged, and professional throughout the shift Ideal Candidate Traits The best candidate for this role is someone who: Notices small details others miss Takes initiative without needing constant direction Can enforce rules firmly and respectfully Understands that professionalism and hospitality matter just as much as security Knows how to prevent problems, not just react to them
Pay:
