ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the assistance in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers. Responsible for controlling access to restricted areas. Responsible for reacting to patron and team member incidents and accidents. Accountable to monitor patron and team member passage in and out of the casino. Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards. Responsible for observation and identification of guests who may be intoxicated. Assists the Security Management team with casino floor activities and guest disputes. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. Serve as team leader for emergency response drills and evacuations. Responsible for knowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guest.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical demands associated with the position including, but not limited to, the following Walking and standing
- 80% Bending and lifting
- 15% (up to 35lbs without assistance) Climbing
- 5% Casino environment exposed to various temperatures, smoke, dust and fumes, bright lights, and noise.
May include boat and/or floating barge. Use of stairs, elevator, and escalator.
ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES
Ability to write reports. Ability to use a telephone and two way radio. Ability to read and understand memos. Knowledge of internal controls Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
