Unarmed Security Guard

Fire Watch / Armed Security Officer (Temporary & Long-Term Assignments Available) ATA Guard is seeking experienced and dependable Fire Watch and Armed Security Officers for temporary, long-term, and ongoing assignments. We are looking for security professionals who are reliable, flexible, and ready to work in various locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform fire watch duties in accordance with client requirements and local regulations. Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises for fire hazards, safety concerns, and unauthorized activity. Maintain accurate fire watch logs and incident reports. Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify the proper authorities when necessary. Enforce site rules and maintain a professional security presence. Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and management.

Requirements:

Previous security experience preferred. Valid security license (as required by state law). Armed security license (for armed positions). Ability to work temporary, long-term, day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Willingness to travel and work at different job locations. Reliable transportation. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Must be punctual, dependable, and professional. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Ideal Candidate:

Has several years of security experience. Understands fire watch procedures and security operations. Flexible with scheduling and work locations. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Team-oriented and committed to providing excellent service. Looking for consistent work opportunities and long-term assignments.
