Armed Security Officer

Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, applying conflict management techniques as needed. Enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by verifying identities and issuing passes. Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical assistance arrives. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring legal intervention. Maintain detailed records of all security activities, incident reports, shift logs, and CCTV footage documentation. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on security operations. Valid firearm license or certification for armed security duties in accordance with local regulations. Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV technology and loss prevention strategies. Certified in first aid and CPR to handle medical emergencies confidently. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and legal protocols related to security incidents. Excellent observational skills combined with physical stamina for patrol duties over extended periods.
