Responsibilities Monitor entry and access points to control crowd flow and prevent unauthorized entry Conduct thorough inspections of attendees, staff, vendors, and vehicles to identify potential security risks Manage conflicts or disturbances with professionalism, de-escalating situations effectively Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents or emergencies Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records for accountability and review Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a related field demonstrating strong situational awareness Ability to handle conflict management with tact and professionalism under pressure Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Strong physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol large areas for extended periods Why Join Us?
