Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic spaces to help to deter unauthorized access, support orderly operations, and relay security-related information to site contacts when needed. Support site personnel during medical-related emergencies, disturbances, and/or after-hours activities by following post orders and maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a concealed carry weapons permit. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
