PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at a government location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verifying access permissions when required and assisting with directional information for guests and event attendees.
Support emergency response activities according to post orders, including notifying supervisors and/or public officials, helping with crowd management, and maintaining clear communication during changing situations.
Minimum Requirements:
Supervisory experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
