URGENTLY HIRING
•TriStar Protective Services is seeking a professional, alert, and customer-service-oriented Unarmed Security Officer to provide pool security. This is not a community/public pool. Our client expects a sharp, respectful presence to ensure their guests enjoy a safe, well-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce pool access rules including wristband verification Politely enforce property rules such as no glass, no smoking, or inappropriate behavior Address and de-escalate conflicts when necessary Ask unauthorized individuals to leave when not following rules Maintain visibility and control of crowd size to prevent disturbances or unsafe behavior Provide a courteous, professional presence to residents, guests, and management Report incidents and provide daily activity reports
Schedule:
Every Saturday and Sunday (Ends in August) 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (16 hours per week) Seasonal position (with potential to continue in other roles)
Requirements:
Prior security experience preferred Strong communication skills and professional appearance Must be comfortable enforcing rules and handling minor disturbances Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work outdoors in heat Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must Valid guard license Why Join TriStar Protective Services?
