Position Overview:

We are looking for licensed, or eligible to be licensed, Unarmed Security Officers who are passionate about security and have a strong desire to serve and protect. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. Key Responsibilities:

Provide unarmed security services to clients in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential locations. Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect security threats. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed. Maintain a high level of vigilance and professionalism at all times. Interact with clients, employees, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner. Complete accurate and detailed incident reports. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Must possess, or be eligible to possess, a valid Tennessee unarmed Security Officer License in accordance with the Department of Insurance and Commerce. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in security, military or law enforcement is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
