$25.00-$30.00+ per hour (Based on qualifications, experience, and assignment) Position Overview C4SEM Enterprises, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract Holder , is seeking experienced Tennessee Licensed Armed Security Officers to support security operations throughout the Nashville metropolitan area. Assignments include government facilities and other high-profile locations. This position is ideal for highly motivated security professionals seeking flexible, part-time Weekend, or supplemental employment in a professional and mission-driven environment. Essential Duties Under the direction of C4SEM supervisory personnel, officers will: Maintain a professional and visible security presence. Conduct foot patrols. Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security violations. Enforce client policies and post orders. Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Prepare Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports. Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and client representatives when required. Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and exceptional customer service at all times.

Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:

Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable armed security experience. Hold a valid Tennessee Armed Guard Registration/Card. Hold a valid Tennessee Firearms Certification (if applicable). Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be physically capable of standing, walking, and conducting patrols for extended periods. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
