QUALIFICATIONS

Polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times Strong situational awareness and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Customer-service mindset with strong verbal communication skills Ability to remain alert, on your feet, and physically active throughout a full shift Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred Must pass a background check and drug screening

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct foot patrols of assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of client assets Identify and respond quickly to incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity Maintain a high-visibility, professional presence throughout all patrol areas Enforce site-specific policies and access control procedures with consistency and courtesy Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, tenants, and the public Complete accurate, detailed incident reports and maintain thorough shift logs
